We also offer a
series of webinars from Awards International winners and judges in which you can ask specific questions on choosing the right category and structuring your submission.
Criteria are the same for both the written entry form and the presentation. Take a look at the
criteria document to familiarise yourself and prepare the very best entry possible.
The entry form should be submitted online through our online portal by the entry deadline on August 12th. You can access the online form once you enter and receive login details via email.
At this point, you can begin working on your entry form. Make sure you save it as you finish each section and only click the ‘Submit’ button when it is fully complete!
Every category is assessed by independent business professionals who apply to judge with us. For each category, we also appoint a Chair of Judges, to ensure that all presentations proceed in a timely manner.

Finalists will be revealed on January 13th. Those who have been shortlisted will present their initiative on February 21st.
Yes, all finalists will receive a GREA21® finalist logo for use on social media and your website. Once finalists are announced, we send emails to our extensive contacts list and promote all finalists on social media. You will receive a booster pack to help you spread the word about your achievement.
For the best finalist experience, it is recommended to
reserve seats for the event. However, this is not mandatory.
For those who do not reserve seats, one person from an organisation can present the entry to the panel of judges in their category/ categories.
Access to open presentations from other finalists, participating in GREA21® events, or attending the awards ceremony will not be available for those who have not reserved seats.
Any category winners who have not reserved seats will be charged if they wish to receive a trophy.
The finals will be held on February 21st in Dubai.
Throughout the day, finalists present their initiatives in front of the Judging Panel. Many of these presentations are open spectators, and you are free to attend as many as you wish. There are also dedicated networking spaces, plus the opportunity for video interviews.
In the evening, we come together online for the Awards Ceremony, where we hear from our keynote speaker, charity partner, find out the winners, and enjoy some very special entertainment!
On the day of the event, Finalists present their initiatives LIVE Online before their judging panels. Many of these presentations are open to spectators, and you are free to view as many as you wish.
Later in the day, we come together for the Awards Ceremony, where we will enjoy networking and entertainment, hear from our keynote speakers and charity partners, and celebrate the category winners.
A full list of winners will be announced through our mailing list and social media.
Also, no matter your result on the day, all finalists will receive their exclusive free judges' feedback report within two weeks of the finals.
You will also have the opportunity to offer valuable feedback on your experience - we will always welcome your comments.
All presentations to the judging panel in person. You are not required to submit your presentation in advance of the finals.
As the judges will ask questions after the finalist's presentation, it is highly recommended that all stakeholders are present.
There is always a full schedule of ‘open’ presentations at the finals. This is an amazing opportunity to watch and learn from other finalists. Sharing best practice is one of the focal points of being part of our awards. Viewing open presentations is only available to finalists who have booked tickets to attend the finals.
