Meet The Founder Of capella properties and capella restaurant management LLC; Asim Hussain I believe nothing is impossible. If you can dream it, you can achieve it! With this vision, I came to Dubai, bidding farewell to my role as a regional head in a Multi-National Telco and taking a plunge in Dubai’s real estate industry. I launched an MIT startup, "capella properties", in 2012 to create differentiation in the Dubai real estate market through targeting customers in different countries to transact (Buy, Sell and Lease). The journey to success from here on did not lack challenges and roadblocks. I’m known among friends and peers for being a gadgets freak, motor-head, off-roader, and my love for quirky accessories. If you do not find me among city lights, I’m probably hiding and brainstorming in the desert! In 2020, when the global economy was struggling, hit by Covid, my risk-taking nature led me to launch another business venture, capella hospitality. I'm ready to launch my first bespoke hospitality brand in Downtown Dubai, aspiring to create #WOWexperiences and unforgettable memories. I have 20+ years of dynamic experience of International Project/Engineering Management with 8+ years’ experience of multiple Human Resources/Real Estate Investment facets. Proven leadership capabilities in critical environments by optimizing cost and processes, formulating strategies. Extensive international project management experience in Europe, Middle-East and Asia acquired through experience in Project Management and Engineering (Electrical) System Management. High expectation individual who attracts and motivates top performers. Key strengths in recruiting, training and career development. Excellent ability to lead, motivate and inspire large and cross-functional teams in achieving complex objectives. What is next?
