Having worked in FTSE100 companies in the UK and being actively involved with the National Customer Service Awards . I was involved in large scale cultural and process change programs. Moving to Dubai in 2012 to join RICS as Operations Director for the Middle East and Africa Region, following 9 years with RICS I joined Betterhomes Group in March 2021 as Group Head of Operations. I recently joined Asite to undertake a new role looking after Operations across the Middle East and Africa.
