Awards Experience

Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, the 2021 Turkey CXA® will be a fully LIVE ONLINE experience, but we will bring you the excitement of a LIVE awards event to the comfort of your office or home.

Shortlisted Finalists will give live presentations via videolink before a panel of independent judges as they compete for success across 15 categories.

Each category will have its own online room with an Awards International administrator to ensure the day proceeds in a smooth and timely manner.

Many of the presentations will be open to online spectators, so you will have the chance to get to hear some of Turkey’s greatest CX initiatives of 2021.

Despite Covid restrictions, we are committed to bringing you the FULL Awards experience - that includes networking opportunities through our unique online platform, to help you expand your CX contacts.

Our evening Awards Ceremony will see the day’s deserving winners of each category revealed before an online audience.
